1. Who we are

AI Crypto Plan is a personal project providing crypto-focused planning tools such as live prices, a portfolio tracker, alerts and an AI assistant. The site is intended for informational and educational use and is not operated as a regulated financial service.

2. What data we collect

The project is designed to minimise the amount of personal data collected. In normal use:

• Usage data & logs. Standard technical information is processed by the hosting platform, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. This is used for security, reliability and basic performance monitoring.
• Tool data in your browser. Where possible, portfolio entries, watchlists, alerts, preferences and similar settings are stored locally in your browser (for example via local storage). This data is meant to stay on your device and is not intentionally sent to the server.
• AI assistant questions. When you use the AI assistant, the text of your question and relevant context is sent to a third-party AI provider so a response can be generated. The project does not currently store these conversations in its own database.
• Contact information. If you contact the creator directly (for example by email), the information you provide will be used only to respond to your enquiry.

The site does not currently require account registration or passwords and is not designed to collect sensitive personal data.

3. Third-party services & APIs

AI Crypto Plan relies on third-party providers to deliver data and functionality, for example:

• Crypto market data APIs (for example CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap) for prices, market caps, listings and statistics.
• AI model providers (for example Groq) to generate natural-language responses in the assistant.
• Hosting infrastructure to serve the website, APIs and subdomains such as liveprices.aicryptoplan.com, tracker.aicryptoplan.com, newcoins.aicryptoplan.com and trending.aicryptoplan.com.

These providers may process IP addresses or request metadata to deliver their services. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. No deliberate attempt is made to identify individual users from this data. This Privacy Policy applies across the main site and related subdomains of aicryptoplan.com.

4. Cookies & local storage

The site uses cookies and browser storage primarily to remember your preferences (for example your chosen quote currency, saved watchlists or alerts). See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

5. Data retention

Locally stored data such as alerts and portfolio entries remain in your browser until you clear them or clear your browser data. Any server logs held by the hosting provider are retained only as long as necessary for security, debugging and legal compliance.

6. Your choices

• You can clear saved alerts, portfolio entries or preferences from within the tools or by clearing your browser storage.
• You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies.
• You can choose not to use the site if you are uncomfortable with any aspect of this policy.

7. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as the project evolves. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after changes are published will be taken as acceptance of the updated policy.
